Q: What is included in the rental price?
A: EZ Pour Drinks provides the following:
Q: Does Ez Pour Drinks provide alcohol?
A: No. The customer must provide all alcohol and accepts full responsibility for serving it at their party. Please have the alcohol on site when we arrive with the machine. We are going to set your machine up with the FIRST Batch plus make sure the machine is operating.
Q: How much liquor does the customer have to buy?
A: 2- 1.75 liters of tequila and .5 liter of Triple Sec for each 5 gallons of Margarita Mix. Other flavors vary depending on your flavor choice.
Q: How much mix will I need?
A: Typically one batch serves 30 people. Thats about 80- 8oz drinks. This is a pretty consistent rule of thumb even if you are serving additional beer, wine, and/or mixed drinks.
Q: How long does it take the first batch to freeze?
A: Approximately 45 minutes for machines placed indoors and 60 minutes for machines placed outdoors. The machine should be placed in the shade and out of direct sunlight. Garage is the best location.
Q: Are the machines easy to use?
A: If you can pour a slushy at you local store, then you can do this.! Plug it in, pour in the mix, and turn it on.
Q: What type of electricity does the machine require?
A: The frozen drink machines use a standard 110 volt 15-20 amp dedicated circuit. This means that nothing else should be running on that circuit, or you will trip the circuit breakers. The machines should be placed near the outlet. If needed, we will provide you with an approved extension cord at no additional charge.
Please DO NOT attempt to use your own extension cord on our machines. You are responsible for any/all damages to the machine. Ideal plug is your washing machine outlet.
Q: Can these machines be used for kid’s parties?
A: Of course! Any of our mix flavors can be served without alcohol for kids and adult events. Our kids love them!
Plus remember we supply all cups, straws and clean up.
Q: How far in advance should I reserve my machine?
A: We recommend at least two weeks for the peak Holiday Seasons and traditional party events such as New Years Eve, Cinco de Mayo, Halloween and Sporting Events. If you are expecting a large group of guests, we strongly recommend a second machine to keep up with the frozen drink demand. Please ask about our multi-machine discounts.
Q: How long can I keep the machine?
A: We drop it off the day of your party and pick it up the next day at the agreed time. If you need it longer, please let us know when making your reservation and we will quote you an hourly extended rental rate. We, also, have same day pick up for four hour parties.
Q: What payment can I use?
A: We accepts Cash, Personal Check, Visa, MasterCard, through Paypal. Full rental payment is due at the time of delivery. Remember some of our Rentals require a deposit.

The customer assumes complete and full financial responsibility for the equipment including liability for misuse and payment for repair in case the equipment is damaged through neglect or misuse.
EZpourdrinks does not supply any liquor or alcohol beverages. Our mixes are concentrates that contain no liquor or alcohol. We would also like to remind you to Please, Drink Responsibly and always use a designated driver if you must travel !!

Taco Party FAQ
Q.How do I get a quote for a taco party?
A. Email or Call us at ezpourdrinks@hotmail.com or Tracy 619-715-2300.
Q.Do you have Taco Party that you can pick?
A. Yes, we have a party that we prepare all Taco Party items. You pick it up and serve Buffet style. Starting at $225.
Q. How many guests are you expecting?
A. We do not have a set price per person, the pricing varies upon the amount of guests, where you are located,
our parties start up to 35 people for $350.00.
Q. Do you provide forks, plates and napkins?
A. Everything is provided for you but if you prefer you can provide your own plates, napkins and utensils however the price is the same.
Q. What meats do I get?
A. Grilled Carne Asada, Chicken and Pork.
Q.You only want less hours of serving, is the price cheaper?
A. No. The pricing is calculated on the amount of food prepared for the number of guests you have invited. With a 2 hour party serving limit. You can requested a longer serving time but there will be a service charge per additional hours.
Q. Do you cook the food first or cook on-site?
We bring everything needed to cook, freshly prepared and served during your Mexican Fiesta! No electricity is needed as we prepare the food on gas grills. All we need is a small amount of space!
Q. Do you serve drinks?
A.Yes, we have Horchata flavored drinks available as well as our Frozen Margarita Drink Machines for rent. Call for a Quote.
Q.Do you serve other food like Enchilada's?
A. Yes, we have a full Mexican menu, all you have to do is let us know and we will give you a Quote!
We do include Cheese Quesidilla's upon request. Remember we include Free rice, beans and chips with all parties.
Q.How do I pay for it and do you need a deposit?
A. Payment is due upon arrival to your party, cash is preferred and there will not be any additional hidden charges. No deposit is required. We just ask a few simple details so we can sent you a confirmation email. You can contact us anytime between 9 am- 9 pm.
Q. What do you do with leftovers?
A. If, you supply the containers, we will leave all leftover food with you.
Q.Are you lisenced and how long have you been in business?
A. We are fully licensed with Food Handlers Cards also and have been servicing San Diego for 8 years* (*2010).
Q.Can we taste the food before we book the party?
A. Occasionally, we are able to set up in a park area and offer tasting opportunity for you to call and taste our food. We will be happy to email you a list of satisfied customers. We do not have a store front.
